EHS Cares is founded and headed by Shri A. K. Tripathi having expertise in organizing, implementing and monitoring EHS Systems and procedures at various project sites relating to Building & Factories, Cement Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Energy & Petrochemicals, Petroleum Refineries, Metallurgical & Industrial Projects, Thermal/Hydroelectric Power Projects, Electrical & Instrumentation, Accelerated Power Development and Reformed Programme, Power Transmission Lines, Cross Country Pipelines, telecom projects as well as Infrastructure related industries like Roads, and Highways, Bridges and Tunneling works, Delhi Metro Railway Project and Airport Project etc.

1. Association with M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited - B&F (IC), for the construction of DIAL ATC Tower Project at  IGI  International Airport, Delhi   and High Rise Building Projects  at the Gurgaon Cluster as a Consultant (EHS) wef 5th September 2011 to 30th  November 2015.

1. Victory Valley- With the tallest of it's three high-rise towers being a stunning 51 floors tall
2. Experion Wind Chants GHP: Windchants, a premium luxury residential project under development for a select group of 600 plus families. It is an exquisite selection of luxury villas, penthouses, duplexes and luxury apartments,spread  across 2,50,000 sq ft of activity space.
3. Association with M/S Bygging India Limited (BIL) wef 2nd May 2011  to 4th September 20011 as an Advisor (EHS) and reporting to Chief Executive officer.
4. Association with M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited - ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, Thermal Power Plant Construction Business Unit at TALWANDI, 3 X 660 MW POWER PROJECT as a HSE Advisor wef 2nd December 2010 to 1st May 2011
5. Association with M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited - ECC Division (Metallurgical, Material Handling and Water Operating Company) as a EHS Advisor for Delhi Region.wef 21st September 2009to 20th September 2010 at Dwarka Water supply scheme Package-1A, Delhi and Design Build Operate of 20 MGD Water Treatment Plant & Raw Water Pumping Station at Okhla (Project Cost Rs. 10700 Laks).
6. EHS Consultant wef 3rd April 2009 and associated with IIT Delhi - Consultancy Wing for Safety services as well as carrying out external safety audit  of  the works of four-lane and strengthening of NH-28 as a part of East West Corridor development (from Porbander to Silcher with total length of 3640 Kms) under phase II of National Highway Development Programme (NHDP).
7. Association with M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited - ECC Division  as a EHS Professional wef 9th December 2006  to 1st April 2009 i.e the date of superannuation at Delhi International Airport Limited Project Site.

13. M/S Kesoram Rayon (Birla group of Industries): as a Chemical Engineer wef 6th September 1983 to 21st August 1983, handling independent charge of the plants relating to Sulfuric Acid, Carbon DI Sulfide,  Hydrogen Sulfide, Spin Bath Section, Sodium Sulfate Recovery Plant, Demineralization and Water Treatment Plant etc.and Safety Professional wef 22nd August 1983 to 31st July 1985, assisting  the Management & Employees, in formulating/implementing safe work procedures as well as creating awareness in the matter of Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
